Days in RoOm 16

Hi during the 6 weeks at school it was really fun and exciting. I got into Choir, Kapa Haka and also into Flippaball. Next on week 4 we went to First Aid we met a guy called Mac and he told us how to save a person.

Every Thursday we do Brain Teasers and every morning we do Quick 5 for Maths. And for Reading with our next door class which is Room 15 we buddy up with a Room 15 student which my buddy is Tai and we are doing the Try-hackathon challenge.

Athletics Day (High Jump)

As I was sprinting to the High Jump bad I felt nervous  but I did my scissor technique and jumped over the bar and landed on the soft i joined back of the line because i got in. I looked at the other people jump.

Now it was up 5cm it was the 90cm one i looked and i felt scared but i didn't want to give up. So I tried it i did my scissor technique as usual and got in i was really proud of myself.

Next up was the 95cm Jump  when the people put the bar up i was horrified but i still tried it i ran and did my scissor technique and failed the jump i landed on the mat and went up to the stage because i failed.

When i went up the stage lots people were there and said “Good Job!” I saw the last thew people jumping they did good. After people finished the jump the teachers told us who was the top 3.

ANZAC WRITING

As sit and think of the ANZAC Day I feel sad because soldiers died and got killed by guns  and knives.The sound of the guns shooting and people fighting.And the smell of the smoke out of the guns and blood coming out of people.It looks like blood everywhere and soldiers dying everywhere.And the touch of the skin of the sodiers who died.

                  A=Army C=Corps.
